A: Important: The “Real-Time GPS Location Monitoring” feature utilizes the Apple “Find My” network. Therefore, the tracking function is currently only compatible with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch). Android users can still use the fence function but will not be able to use the GPS tracking feature on the app.

A: The collar is adjustable from 5.11 inches to 25.19 inches, making it suitable for most dogs weighing between 15 lbs and 120 lbs. We recommend it for dogs aged 6 months and older.
